CHARITY FUNDRAISERS
Introduction
We would like to be your Charity Auctioneer.
With so much at stake, it is very important that a professional
auctioneer conduct a live auction. A good auctioneer can increase the income
substantially, compared to a do-it- yourself arrangement. Estimates run
from 30% to 100% increases in extra revenue with the service of a professional
auctioneer. In addition a Professional Auctioneer will keep the auction
moving and add an entertainment value to your event. Auctions are lively,
fun and the excitement is contagious. Local celebrities are sometimes good,
if they make a living by talking, such as a radio or TV announcer, but they
are personalities, not professional auctioneers.
Joe Bradley Auctioneers has been conducting Corporate
employee recognition and Fundraising Charitable auction events since
1988.
We conduct over 40 events each year. We staff 4 full time Auctioneers and 8 professional Ringmen (bid Spotters) with 40 years experience we are
up to the task of any auction related event. Please visit our About Us page
for detailed information and Bios of Auctioneers and staff. We would
like to be your Charity Auctioneer.

| Not only were they supportive, they were fun! The first ever live auction was conducted by Joe Bradley Auctioneers of San Diego, and his two entertaining assistants, Oscar and Joseph Velez. They were truly the hit of the party. We collected over $17,000 from the auction alone, and over $21,000 from the entire Gala to benefit the ADHA Institute for Oral Health. |

| Thank you on behalf of the Association of Schools of Allied Health Professors for your excellent work at our 12th Annual Auction. We were extremely pleased with your professionalism and ability to engage the audience. With your assistance the auction ranged funds for the ASAHP Scholarship, which totaled 35% more than in previous years. It was a pleasure to work with you and I would highly recommend your company to others. Thank you again. |

| Mr. Bradley came through with flying colors. As an auctioneer, he was concise, quick to respond and retained presence of mind throughout the one hour auction. His sense of fair play and ability to assuage the crowd helped to make the event a complete success.
I would not hesitate to call Mr. Bradley again and do hesitate in recommending his services. |

Dear Joe,
I am writing to you on behalf of the Bonita Vista High School “Sound Unlimited” show choir and their families to thank you for not only being our ticket sponsor for our Eighth Annual Sound Unlimited “Fiesta d’Italia” Casino Night and Auction, held on November 2, 2007, but for your in-kind donation as our live auctioneer! We appreciated you not only going home to pick up a better sound system, but for your idea to bring in more money with the paddle pledges. You were awesome and a true professional. Your guidance was very much appreciated by all the committee members.
Your participation helped us exceed our fundraising goal by over $3500 and made this the largest fundraiser that the “Sound Unlimited Boosters have ever undertaken! The money raised will not only assist with transportation costs and entry fees for show choir competitions throughout Southern California, but will help defray expenses for our national competition tour in Nashville this spring. We will also use their money to offer and additional $500 college scholarship for one of our deserving students who will be graduating this June. |

Hi Joe, Wow! What a performance...Your Brother and Big Al were the hit of the evening, along with Carol who was the MC. The three of them were really funny and very successful in bringing in the cash…the live auction brought in $3300. The committee is totally elated and the people who attended the event are still talking about how fun the live auction was and how they enjoyed Big Al's antics.…And Thank you Joe, for allowing us the opportunity to raise the money; without your involvement it wouldn't have been the same. Take care Joe and Thanks so much, |

| Your enthusiastic support in providing auctioneering services provided a tremendous boost to the success of the 1998 auction, raising over $35,000 for the Boys & Girls Club. The additional time you took to meet with the auction chair and master of ceremonies, sharing your experience and knowledge was a great help in preparing for this years event. |

Dear Joe, Thank you so very much for an incredible auction. Your entire group was fantastic. Our gala was a huge success, and your company was an integral part of that. I've heard nothing but compliments from the silent auction through the check out. I appreciate your patience and expertise in working with us. This was the first event our group has ever planned and we were very nervous. I hope you all had a pleasant evening working with our group.
I look forward to speaking with you in the near future regarding our high school auction. |

As auctioneer for the evening, you and your assistant created an amazing amount of energy and excitement for everyone involved. With your help, the live auction at our gala raised over $31,000 that will benefit research, treatment and education of pediatric cancer and other life-threatening diseases at City of Hope.
Again, thank you for creating the perfect live auction atmosphere. I look forward to working with you again! |

We never imagined a charity our size raising a quarter-million through our annual event. Joe Bradley Auctioneers made this a reality by putting us over the top during live auctions.
He and his team charged up our guests (not easy to do after dinner and a program), created a bidding frenzy, and put our event through the roof!
We had phone calls after the event from people asking who our auctioneers were!
Do what we did. Call people who have actually used Joe Bradley Auctioneers. I'm glad we did, and won't do another event without Joe--he makes me look too good! |

I would like to offer my sincere thanks to Joe Velez for conducting our school fundraiser last month. The evening was an absolute success and I truly believe that this is due in large part because of Joe’s involvement. He was completely professional and entertaining, keeping our guests engaged throughout the evening. This was a “test” year for us as we have never hired a professional auctioneer to lead our event before. I think Joe proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that it works! Our numbers were significantly higher this year.
Thank you very much, Joe! We will look forward to seeing you again next year. |

Joe,
THANKS to you and your staff for another stellar performance. The good news for me this year is that while I was again stuck in the check out area during the Live Auction, you were in the same room so I could at least hear you in action. I can't imagine every doing a Park Village auction without you. You were also excellent pushing those Silent Auction items. I very much appreciate your efforts to help our event be as successful as it could be.
I know you had some issues with the way the Silent Auction was put together, as we discussed last night. I would very much appreciate any critique of the event last night and how we might make it better next year. I am always looking for improvement, and your input would be very valuable in that effort.
Thanks again, you were fantastic once again. |

Joe,
You and your staff were absolutely fantastic! I didn't get much of an
opportunity to thank you, but I want you to know how much we appreciated
all you have done. Without your expertise, I know the night would not
have been as successful as it was. I hope this is just the beginning of a
wonderful relationship between Photocharity and Joe Bradley Auctioneers!
I stayed away from my computer and anything to do with the event yesterday
(took the day off to take care of my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter!), but
so far, here is what I have tallied:
Live Auction:
$29,900 - sold
$21,500 - collected (we're working on it!)
Silent Auction:
$13,905 (almost $4,000 past my goal!)
Total sold to-date: $43,805
This is just the calculated total so far. Once I get solid figures in, I
will let you know!
Again...thank you SO much! I received several comments from my volunteers
and patrons on what a wonderful job you did!
Hope to see you soon! (I'm always up to meeting at Starbucks!) |

Joe,
Thank you so very much for all of your hard work last night. Your brother
was GREAT! What a team you make. The silent auction was much more
exciting
and intense than in past years- thanks to your suggestions. There was
definitely a learning curve for our guests- but I think it is something to
build on for next year.
Thank you for working so very well with James Q., Jimmy Fallon (DJ), John
Costa (my husband), and Rick Gonzales (PTG Pres.) It made the event
personal and very special to all of our guests. You are a true

Hi Joe,
We have received great feedback from those who attended the event. As far as $$, we did very well -- almost $68,000 on the live and silent auction which is very good for us and we reached our goal. I have had several people comment on how much fun they had during the live boards and I think that your spotters helped in that area a lot.
Thanks again. |
